Batch Systems

The wastewater treatment systems in DMP's BT Series are designed to handle very complicated wastes such as spent baths, electroless solutions, and mechanical finishing wastes - in batches of 1,000 to 10,000 gallons. 

Each DMP BT Series system is a complete treatment system capable of handling complicated wastes; no other treatment equipment is necessary. However, BT Series systems are also ideal as supplemental treatment systems for companies with functioning but inadequate systems.

Here are two of our most popular models:

BT 1000

DMP's fully automatic BT 1000 handles wastewater in batches of 1000 gallons and occupies only 13 x 21 feet of floor space. Similar designs handle batches of 1500, 2000, 2500, 3500 and 4000 gallons.

BT 5000

The BT 5000 from DMP Corporation handles wastewater in batches of 5,000 gallons. The BT 5000 is a complete, fully automatic treatment system that occupies only 22 x 39 feet of floor space. Similar designs handle batches of 5000, 6000, 7000, 8000, 9000 and 10000 gallons
